GRP tie rods di produksi dengan system filament winding helical process, dijamin kekuatan tarik (tensile strength 2x Besi/Stainless). GRP tie rods di garansi memiliki ketahan korosi sehingga akan menjamin tangki tidak akan pecah/collaps oleh karena tie rod putus karena korosi.

REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
GRP Tie rod as Internal Reinforcement
New Bio Panel become the first panel tank in indonesia that use GRP tie rods as internal reinforcemen.
GRP Tie Rods are manufactured by filament winding process. Totally excellent in corrosion resistant, GRP Tie Rods has higher tensile strength that stainless rods.
EXTERNAL REINFORCEMENT

Material that used for external tie rod is ss400 + Urethane Coating. External pair frame, corner bracket and frame, and base frame using SS400 (HDG) as the material. Base frame design have been analyzed using Finite Element analysis with safety factor 2.0
